How can I pay?
Card payment is preferred for stays, extras, and city tax; major international cards are accepted. Cash payment is possible in CZK.

When is reception available?
Reception is available daily from 7:00 to 19:00. If you expect a later arrival, contact the hotel in advance so check-in can be arranged.

All rooms include individual climate control with both heating and air-conditioning.
How is housekeeping handled?
Rooms receive daily service. Linens are changed every third day unless you request more frequent changes.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes. Luggage storage is available at reception for early arrivals and late departures.
How quiet are the rooms?
Most rooms are quiet, but comfort can vary by room orientation and historic layout. Contact reception if you prefer a quieter room setup.
Can I bring pets?
Pets may be accommodated on request for a fee of 500 CZK per night, subject to the current property policy.

Which public transit is closest?
Malostranská (metro line A) and nearby tram stops in Malá Strana are the most practical options; tickets can be purchased at metro stations, at stops, or directly on trams and buses via contactless terminals.
How far are the main sights?
Prague Castle and Charles Bridge are within walking distance and the Old Town and key Malá Strana sights are all easy to reach on foot.
Is parking available nearby?
The hotel does not have on-site parking. Nearby garage parking can be reserved in advance via Mr. Parkit or another local provider.
